Walz has a prosecution plan for all those phone videos during ICE unrest in his state

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz is telling protesters of Immigration and Customs Enforce (ICE) agents to keep their phones handy so they can film ICE agents and get a record for what he says will be future prosecutions.

The tensions keep rising in Minneapolis as anti-ICE zealots poke, prod and taunt ICE agents trying to round up criminal illegal aliens.

In the midst of the chaos, Walz is offering a disturbing suggestion.

“If you see these ICE agents in your neighborhood, take out that phone and hit record. Help us create a database of the atrocities against Minnesotans.”

Walz addressed Minnesotans in primetime Wednesday, television station KARE reports.

He shared four main points:

--  President Donald Trump wants this chaos, Walz said, and Minnesotans should not give Trump what he wants.

--  People should observe and film ICE agents when they see them.

--  Minnesotans “will not have to live like this forever.”

--  Minnesota is “an island of decency.”

Trump administration officials have blamed Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey for fanning the flames during a tense time in Minnesota.

Last week Walz threatened to order the state’s National Guard to defy Trump and oppose ICE agents.

"I've issued a warning order to prepare the Minnesota National Guard. We have soldiers in training prepared to be deployed if necessary," stated Walz.

The unrest began after the death of Renee Nicole Macklin Good, who was shot after defying orders from federal ICE agents to stop her vehicle, then driving straight into one of them, Agent Jonathan Ross. Associated Press reported that Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem labeled this as an “act of terrorism,” standing firm that ICE was not leaving the state despite the protests of Walz and others.

Ross suffered internal bleeding and was hospitalized as a result of the incident.

Video from Ross' own cell phone emerged not long after the incident.

Talk host Richard Randall, based in Colorado Springs at KVOR-AM, says Walz knows exactly which poisonous seeds he's planting in the heads of the already unhinged mob by encouraging them to weaponize their cell phones against ICE.

“When you use the word atrocities, there is a history there. Atrocities go to massacres, go to Auschwitz, go to the Holocaust.

Perhaps even more troubling, though, is the reason he wants the videos.

“Not just to establish a record for posterity, but to bank evidence for future prosecution,” Randall said.

Walz must know his suggestion will get the agents doxed, which puts them and their families in danger.

“When you start threatening their home, their wife, their parents, their children, their brothers and sisters, now you've got leverage.”
